The Konecranes Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining customer relations across their district. This involves surveying the customer’s equipment and process and seeing how a Konecranes’ maintenance plan or new equipment could help them.

Partnering with customers to provide them with the best service and care is what Konecranes aims to do. The Branch Manager position is in a critical position to provide the care needed to satisfy the customer.
