A Branch Administrator plays an important role in the success of a Konecranes Service Branch. Duties range from answering the phone to conducting customer surveys, invoicing completed jobs and producing MAINMAN Preventive Maintenance reports for customers. A Branch Administrator must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as they act as the face of the Konecranes Service Branch to the customer.
A Branch Administrator needs to be detail oriented, self-motivated and willing to help with a wide variety of tasks, as needed. The Branch Administrator reports to the Branch Manager.
