The Best Part is Helping Customers
As a Service Sales Representative, I spend a lot of time making phone calls, answering emails and providing quotes to customers. The best part of my job is getting out and seeing the customers. I deliver the inspection results and consult them on the repairs that are needed. I get a kick out of solving problems for the customer. It is a challenge with great rewards.
At Konecranes, I work with a great bunch of people—from upper management to fellow sales people and technicians. Many of them have been working in the industry for a long time and I’ve learned a lot from them. I also enjoy helping those who are new, showing them what I’ve learned over the years.

I’ve been in the overhead crane business for 21 years. I’ve been at Konecranes for about four years now, and I’m done moving around. I’m hoping to spend my next 20 years at Konecranes.
